"Take the time to make some sense
Of what you want to say
And cast your words away upon the waves
Sail them home with acquiesce
On a ship of hope today
And as they land upon the shore
Tell them not to fear no more
Say it loud and sing it proud
Today...
And then dance if you want to dance
Please brother take a chance
You know they're gonna go
Which way they wanna go
All we know is that we don't know
How it's gonna be
Please brother let it be
Life on the other hand won't make us understand
We're all part of the masterplan
Say it loud and sing it proud
Today...
I'm not saying right is wrong
It's up to us to make
The best of all the things that come our way
Coz everything that's been has past
The answer's in the looking glass
There's four and twenty million doors
On life's endless corridor
Say it loud and sing it proud
And they...
Will dance if they want to dance
Please brother take a chance
You know they're gonna go
Which way they wanna go
All we know is that we don't know
How it's gonna be
Please brother let it be
Life on the other hand won't make you understand
Why we're all part of the masterplan"

Shoots down flirting attempts with either a kick to the head or some saying she read in 'How To Be Cool For Dummies'. Has an obsession with videogames and gorey movies, but her passion for the prior is deeper than her need to eat. Isn't good at showing affection despite being very confidant with herself, and is usually playfully sarcastic with the people she loves most. Has a temper with a short fuse, especially shown when the experiments cause her grief.
.human appearance. On the tall side for a female, 5'8. Pale. Vividly seafoam eyes. Messy orange hair that's almost always pulled back in a ponytail, lose and choppy bangs, a long natural ringlet framing either cheek. Used to be lanky, knobby and flat chested, until she hit twenty, now hour-glass shaped with boobs you could smother someone in. Wears a massive black bow around her throat. Six piercings in each ear, making a corset design with ribbons.
.wolf appearance. Red wolf build. Tucked stomach, thin black-dipped legs, dainty paws. Gray fur splotched with yellow and light orange. Three candy-corn striped tails. Corset ear piercings, a large, black bow around her neck.

Jei came from a high class family who lived strictly by the idea that children were showcases, meant to be seen and not heard. All presents came from an unlimited credit card, affection and love was a pat on the head before returning to a telephone conversation, and company was a room full of dolls and plastic ponies. She was restricted from sugary sweets, her diet being fully low-salt low-cal organic. Videogames and television were prophibitted as they rotted the brain, and there were no mind-numbing games to be found on the family computer.
When she was old enough, Jei's parents enrolled her in the territory's finest boarding school, where she excelled with top grades, much to the glee of her parents. She lacked many friends, being crippingly shy and... well, nerdy, and as a result found pleasure in only her studies, bettering herself for herself and not her parent's approval. It gave her a new sense of freedom, this ability to provide for herself in some small way, and she was soon addicted to it.
Then they had Remy. He'd been an accident, but her parents had been happy to accept another trophy. Once born, they handed him over to the maids and servants, until he was old enough to be useful. Jei thought he was adorable, and spent time she didn't use for school looking after him. And for the first time, she'd found something she could be affectionate with, that loved her in return- even if he did pee on her occassionally when she changed him.
Once Jei reached the age of adulthood, she did the first of many coughcough illegal acts she would commit. Waiting for her parents to be away on business, she kidnapped her brother during the night and chucked him in the car, intent on getting them both away from the oppressive family they'd been born to.
After checking into a hotel, they celebrated freedom by buying out the candy and icecream aisles at the gorcery store across the street, and returned to their rented room to stay up all night watching the territory's top rated horror movies.
Her parents had been furious. And eventually it had taken a full out custody battle to keep Remy with her, which she won by a remarkable landslide. Her parents were rich, but Jei had a nice paycheck herself with her new job at medical laboratories, and proved at once she took better care of her brother than either of her parents could in a million years. Because of this, her mother and father disowned her from the family- though they still send Remy letters and presents quite often in hopes of winning his favor. None of this bothered Jei, however, as she never forged a bond with either parent. Life went on.
It didn't take Tsao long to notice the intelligent young woman and her many discoveries and improvements to the medical field. He called on her and requested she move on to become his personal scientist, working in fields that the modern man would shudder at and shun. How could she refuse? Tsao was a dangerous man, and those that opposed or declined him ended up finding their family dead in... 'accidents'. She took the job.
At first, she had been a mere crew member under three different leads. Her first assignment was a complex one that made those top-noch horror movies she'd enjoyed in a cozy, warm hotel room years ago look like Disney's Beauty and the Beast; it was taking the strongest, most athletic people from their homes and turning them into living murder machines by inhumane means. They called them regressives. Drugs, torture, gang rape, isolation, death matches, cannibalism, mothers forced to slaughter their children... they called it 'conditioning', beating the sanity out of an individual until all they knew was violence. Jei hated it to a point where she began to almost hate herself for being a part of it.
And then she made a mistake. She was to take Syoi, a young 'regressive' who had become pregnant, into the labs and sedate her in preperation for an abortion. Syoi was weak and seemed close to giving up, and Jei thought no harm could come from her. She didn't slip her the sedative, which was a powerful drug that slowly dissolved brain tissue, and felt better over this act of mercy.
Until Syoi was suddenly on her feet in the surgery room. She slaughtered one leader and five crew members in an instant, broke lose from that room, and went on to murder the other two leaders and many more as they came towards the sound of screams. When finally subdued, forty murders on her shoulders, they took the regressive back to her pen and muzzled her, keeping her in a small cage and wondering how she had become powerful enough to overcome a sedative.
The guilt would never fade from Jei's mind.
Tsao ordered that the regressive be permitted to have the child, in hopes she would produce a mightier, strong regressive that could dominate all others. At once- perhaps to ease the raw anger she felt towards herself- Jei agreed to raise the child once he was born. After overseeing his birth, she brought him into her quarters, determined to raise him with affection and understanding, despite critcism and warnings of deadly outcomes when he grew older.
But Mirage wasn't a killing machine, and Jei loved him like her son, even after he had grown and moved on to be on of Tsao's most celebrated spies.
Now the leading scientist with a large division on her shoulders, Jei takes care of the new assignment, the experiments, as the regressives had proven useless. Unlike the assignment before them, the experiments wandered free, and were capable of logical thought, though most of them were lunatics despite their intelligence. Useful as they were, Jei was getting tired of cleaning up the blood splatters they left everywhere; they jus proved to her further that great intelligence brought violence.
As well as taking on these articifically created weapons of mass destruction, Jei has begun to plot ways in which she and her loyal subordinates might overthrow Tsao. It certianly won't be easy.
